2 競争参加資格

統一資格」により「資格の種類」が「物品の
販売」であって、いずれかの等級に格付けさ
れている者。なお、競争参加資格を有しない
者で入札に参加しようとする者は、入札書提
出期限までに下記に示す場所に資格審査申請
書を提出し、競争参加資格が付与され、当該
等級に該当する場合のみ入札に参加できる。

条件に違反した入札書は無効とする。また、
落札業者が契約締結までの期間に競争入札参
加停止措置を受けた場合は、本入札に関する
一切を無効とする。

た業者であって、本会が作成した予定価格の
