① 落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ れた金額に消費税及び地方消費税課税対象 金額の10%に相当する額を加算した金額 (当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、 その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)を もって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消 費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であ るか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積 もった契約金額から消費税及び地方消費税 相当額を差し引いた額(税別金額)を入札 書に記載すること。
② 入札者は、入札後、書類についての不明 を理由として異議を申し立てることができ ない。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 日本貿易振興機構の「契約に関する内規」 第12条に該当しない者であること。
(2) 全省庁統一資格を有する者であり、令和 7・8・9年度の資格の種類「役務の提供等」 のA等級に格付けされている者であること。
(3) 上記2(2)の資格を有していない者であっ ても、令和8年2月25日17時までに日本貿易振 興機構に等級確認を申請し、当該資格の等級 を有することが確認できた者であること。
(4) 公告の日から開札の日までの期間、契約に 関し日本貿易振興機構から指名停止措置を受 けていないこと。
(5) 日本貿易振興機構が入札説明書において定 めるその他資格を有する者であること。

5 入札者に求められる義務 入札者は、提案書 を作成し、これを全省庁統一資格の審査結果通 知書の写し又は日本貿易振興機構発行の等級確 認結果通知書の写し等とともに、封緘した入札 書に添付して、入札書の受領期限までに提出し なければならない。
6 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格の ない者による入札及び入札に関する条件に違反 した入札。
