(4) 二酸化炭素排出係数、未利用エネルギーの
活用、再生可能エネルギーの導入、グリーン
電力証書の譲渡、需要家への省エネルギー・
節電に関する情報提供の取り組み、並びに電
源構成および二酸化炭素排出係数の情報開示
に関し、入札説明書において示す入札適合条
件を満たすこと。
