② not come under the Article 31 of the Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or Grade B or Grade C in “Service” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027
④ prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties
⑨ Other things depend on the Bid Instructions
