der concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A or the Grade B in
"Product" or "Service" in terms of the
qualification for participating in tenders
by the Ministry of Health, Labour and
Welfare (Single qualification for every
ministry and agency) in fiscal year2025
2026, and 2027
④ prove to have the ability to provide
sufficient service with certainty
⑤ prove to have no false statement in ten-
dering application forms or attached do-
cuments
⑥prove neither the business condition
nor credibility is deteriorating
