tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause. (b)

Accounting. (c)Have Grade A, B or C "Sale
of products" in terms of the qualification
for participating in tenders laid down by
Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for
every ministry and agency) for the purpose
of procurement in the fiscal year of 2025,
2026, 2027. (d)Meet the qualification require-
ments which the Obligation Officer may
specify in accordance with Article 73 of the
Cabinet Order.

(2) 購入等件名及び数量 リサイクルＰＰＣ用
紙の供給 一式
(3) 調達案件の仕様等 入札説明書及び仕様書
による。
(4) 納入期間 令和8年4月1日から令和9年
3月31日まで。
(5) 納入場所 法務省大臣官房会計課長が指定

(6) 入札方法 入札は、予定数量に単価を乗じ
た総価で行う。落札決定に当たっては、入札
書に記載された金額に当該金額の100分の10
に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に1
円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を
切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格と
するので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税
に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者である
かを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の
100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に
該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和7・8・9年度法務省競争参加資格
（全省庁統一資格）「物品の販売」においてA
又はBの等級に格付けされた者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。
