(3) 厚生労働省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において「物品の販売」のA、B、C又はDの等級に格付けされ、東海・北陸地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(5) 二酸化炭素排出係数、環境への負担軽減に関する取組み条件を満たしていること。
(6) その他契約担当役が必要と定める資格を有する者であること。
3 入札書の提出場所等

4 その他
(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨。

(3) 入札者に要求される事項 封印した入札書に本公告に示した物品を納入できることを証明する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに提出しなければならず、当該書類に関し、開札日の前日までの間において、契約担当役から説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
