2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。ただし、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、この限りでない。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和7・8・9年度総務省競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)関東・甲信越地域の「役務の提供等」の情報処理においてA、B又はCの等級に格付けされた者であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。なお、詳細については、入札説明書のとおり。
(5) 暴力団が実質的に経営を支配する者又はこれに準ずる者でないこと。
3 入札者に求められる義務等
入札に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に明記されている各種書類を令和8年3月24日午後4時までに、4(1)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。なお、提出した各種書類について説明を求められたときは、これに応じなければならない。
