(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨は、日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 3(4)において提出した申請書等の内容に関する当社からの照会があった場合には、説明しなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格を有しない者の行った入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札は無効とする。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 予定価格の制限の範囲内で有効な入札を行った者であり、入札説明書等で指定する性能、機能、技術等(以下「性能等」という。)のうち、必須とされた項目の最低限の要求要件を全て満たした性能等を提案した入札者の中から、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法をもって落札者を決定する。
