(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
② submitted a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act
(7) Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 5 February 2026
(8) Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 2 April 2026
(9) The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
