4 入札書の提出場所等

5 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
(4) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。
(6) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、本公告に示した業務が履行できることを証明する書類を指定する期日までに提出しなければならない。入札者は支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、これに応じなければならない。

6 Summary

(3) Nature and quantity of the substance to be purchased: Gas to be consumed at Courthouse of Fukuoka High Court ①Contracted maximum flow rate 320 cubic meters/h ②Estimated consumption 518,400 cubic meters

(6) Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; ③ have Grade A in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kyushu-Okinawa region; ④have been registered as a Gas Retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act; ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; ⑥ have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids; and ⑦be a person who took an explanatory paper for the bid
(7) The time and place of application for the qualification of (6)③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency
