(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for forest research and management organization
② Have Grade A or B in “Offer of services” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
