(6) Qualifications for participating in the Tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for Participating in the proposed tender are Those who shall ;
i ) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person Under Conservatorship or that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause :
ii ) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
iii) have Grade A, B, C or D of “offer of services” in Kinki or Shikoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
iv) Those who have passed the “Technical Examination Standards for High-speed Engine Development of the Japan Coast Guard”.
v) The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
