4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨 日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項
(a) 紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、必要な証明書等を上記３(4)の受領期限までに上記３(2)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。
(b) 電子調達システムにより参加を希望する者は、入札書類データ（証明書等）を上記３(4)の受領期限までに上記３(1)に示すＵＲＬより、電子調達システムを利用し提出しなければならない。
なお、(a)、(b)いずれの場合も、開札日の前日までの間において契約担当官等から証明書等に関する説明を求められた場合には、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 競争に参加する資格を有しない者のした入札及び入札の条件に違反した入札並びに入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書は無効とする。

(6) 落札者の決定方法 予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の内容に適恰した履行がなされないおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低価格をもって入札した者を落札者とすることがある。
(7) 本入札に係る落札決定の条件は、令和８年度の予算が成立し、予算内達があった場合とする。

③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)
⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ the person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑦ have proven to have actually fulfilled the service concerned or the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned
⑧ be possible to assign management engineer who can handle this procurement
