4 その他
(1) 契約手続きにおいて使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨。

(3) 入札者に要求される事項
① 紙入札方式により参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に基づく入札書類(証明書等)を所定の受領期限までに上記3(1)に示す場所に提出しなければならない。
② 電子調達システムにより参加を希望する者は、入札説明書に基づく入札書類データ(証明書等)を所定の受領期限までに上記3(1)に示すURLに電子調達システムを利用して提出しなければならない。
なお、①、②いずれの場合も、開札日の前日までの間において支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書及び入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(6) 落札者の決定方法 予決令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内の入札金額を提示した入札者で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の内容に適合した履行がされないおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低価格をもって入札した者を落札者とすることがある。
(7) 手続きにおける交渉の有無 無。

(9) この入札に係る落札決定及び契約の締結は、この調達に係る令和8年度の予算が成立し、予算査定がなされることを条件とする。
5 Summary

③ have Grade A “Offer of Services” in the Kanto・Koushinetsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027.
④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of the Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
