4 電子調達システムの利用
本件は、電子調達システムを利用した応札及び入開札手続により実施するものとする。ただし、紙による入札書の提出も可とする。詳細については、入札説明書のとおり。なお、上記3(4)及び(5)については、電子調達システムにおいてシステム障害が発生した場合には、別途通知する日時に変更する場合がある。
