2 競争参加資格

(2) 令和07・08・09年度全省庁統一資格で「物品の販売」の「A」、「B」又は「C」の等級に格付けされ、営業品目として「燃料類」を保持し、「九州・沖縄地域」の競争参加資格を有すること。
(3) 電気事業法第2条の2の規定に基づき小売電気事業の登録を受けている者であること。
(4) 競争に参加しようとする者の間に資本関係又は人的関係がないこと(資本関係又は人的関係がある者すべてが共同企業体の代表者以外の構成員である場合を除く)。(入札説明書参照)
(5) 先に行われた業務等との関連で利益相反が生じると判断されないこと。
