(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
A. 本学の通信・情報ネットワーク(LAN)を活用し、高速のネットワークで相互に接続された分散型のコンピュータシステムを構築する。
B. 導入するシステムは、本学の教育、研究、学術情報サービス及び事務利用のために供されるもので、仮想化基盤システム(含:
システム運用管理)、セキュリティサブシステム、メールサブシステム、ストレージサブシステム、教育研究用パーソナルコンピュータ、教育支援サブシステム、事務情報支援サブシステムから構築する。
C. 仮想化基盤システムは、認証管理、科学技術計算処理、仮想化デスクトップ(VDI)、汎用サーバサービス等を担うシステムである。
D. セキュリティサブシステムは、システム全体のセキュリティを管理し監視するためのシステムである。
E. メールサブシステムおよびストレージサブシステムは、教育研究活動に係る一般利用に供するシステムである。
F. 教育研究用パーソナルコンピュータは、情報ネットワークセンターおよび実習室等に設置して、教育および研究に係る利用に供する。
G. 教育支援サブシステムは、教員の教育活動を補助するLearning Management System (LMS)、および学生にオンライン学習環境を提供するためのシステムから構築する。
H. 事務情報支援サブシステムは、教育研究を支援するキャンパス業務のためのシステムである。シンクライアント、メールサービス等を含む。
I. システム全体は安定かつ省力化した管理・運用が可能であること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :
A. The system must be constructed as a distributed computing system using the high-speed network (LAN) of Yamagata University.
B. The system supports education, research, information service and administration affairs in Yamagata University. It consists of a virtualization platform sys-
tem (including for operation and management), a security subsystem, a mail subsystem, a storage subsystem, personal computers, a supporting subsystem for education, and a campus affairs processing subsystem.
C. The virtualization platform system is a system for authentication management, processing numerical calculation in science and technology, providing VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) service and providing general-purpose servers.
D. The Security subsystem is used for security monitoring and management.
E. The mail subsystem and the storage subsystem are used for general purpose of education and research activities.
F. The personal computers are placed mainly in classrooms of departments and NCSC and used for education and research activities.
G. The Supporting subsystem for education consists of a learning management system (LMS) and an online learning system.
H. The campus affairs processing subsystem is a system used for administrative affairs to support education and research activities of Yamagata University. It includes a thin client system and a mail service system.
I. The total system must be highly reliable and able to be operated easily with less effort.
