4 その他
(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨

(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除
(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書を入札
書の受領期限までに、入札書に示す競争参加
資格を有することを証明する書類を、競争参
加資格申請書の受領期限までに提出しなけれ
ばならない。また、開札日の前日までの間に
おいて、当機構から当該書類に関する説明を
求められた場合には、それに応じなければな
らない。なお、入札者の提出した書類は、当
機構において審査を行うものとし、採用し得
ると判断した入札書のみを落札対象とする。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書及び入札者に求め
られる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入
札書は無効とする。
(5) 契約書作成の要否 要
(6) 落札者の決定方法 独立行政法人都市再生
機構会計規程第52条の規定に基づいて作成さ
れた予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格を
もって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とす
る。
