5 Summary

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall: come under Article
70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Bud-
get, Auditing and Accounting. However,
minors, persons under conservatorship or
persons under assistance who have ob-
tained the consent necessary for concluding
a contract may be applicable under cases of
special reasons within the said clause.②
Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet
Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and
Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B more in
the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in "Sale of prod-
uct" in terms of the qualification for partici-
pating in tenders related to the Ministry of
Justice (Single qualification for every min-
istry and agency) for the purpose of pro-
curement in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026,
2027.④Have permission to be a retail elec-
tric enter price in accordance with Article
2—2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑤Ful-
fill the requirement mentioned in the tender
manual that are Stated from the viewpoint
of reducing CO2. ⑥Meet the qualification
requirements which the Obligating Officer
may specify in accordance with Article 73
of Cabinet Order concerning the Budget,
Auditing and Accounting.
