(6)入札方法上記1(2)の件名ごとにそれぞれ
入札に付する。落札決定に当たっては、リバー
スオークションシステム(以下「システム)
という。)に入力された金額に当該金額の10
パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額(当
該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その
端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)をもって
落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び
地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事
業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額
の110分の100に相当する金額をシステムに入
力すること,
2競争参加資格
(1)、(3)、(4)、(5)第65号に同じ。
(2)入札者の競争参加資格上記1(2)の件名ご
とに次のとおりとする。
AC第65号の(2)に同じ。
B国の競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)に
おいて令和7年度に関東・甲信越地域の
「物品の製造又は物品の販売」のA、B、
C又はD等級に格付けされている者である
こと。なお、当該競争参加資格については、
令和7年3月31日付け号外政府調達第57号
の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の
別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受
け付けている。
