1 調達内容
(1) 品目分類番号 26
(2) 購入等件名及び数量
A 東京大学本郷地区他3団地で使用するガス 一式
B 東京大学柏地区で使用するガス 一式
(3) 調達案件の特質等 入札説明書による。
(4) 納入期間 令和7年4月1日から令和8年3月31日まで。
(5) 納入場所 上記1(2)の件名ごとに次のとおりとする。
A 東京大学本郷地区、白金台団地、駒場Ⅰ団地、三鷹団地
B 東京大学柏地区
(6) 入札方法 上記1(2)の件名ごとにそれぞれ入札に付する。入札内訳書に各社において設定するガス契約に対する月額単価（基本料金単価）及び使用量に対する単価（基準単位料金）を記載すること。（小数点以下を含むことができる。）落札の決定は、本学が提示する納入期間における予定ガス使用量の対価を入札書に記載された入札金額に従って計算した総価で行うので、当該総価を上記の単価と併せて記載すること。なお、落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格
(1)、(4)、(5) 第55号に同じ。
(2) 国の競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において令和6年度に関東・甲信越地域の「物品の製造又は物品の販売」のA又はB等級に格付けされている者であること。なお、当該競争参加資格については、令和6年3月29日付け号外政府調達第58号の官報の競争参加者の資格に関する公示の別表に掲げる申請受付窓口において随時受け付けている。
(3) ガス事業法第3条の規定に基づきガス小売事業の登録を受けている者であること。
