(5)調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件本
システムは、本学の教育、研究活動を支える
各種情報サービスを提供するサーバ群やアプ
リケーション群の動作基盤として、以下の要
件を満たす仮想サーバシステム、実習用計算
機システム及びアカウント管理システムから
なる。
A仮想サーバシステムは、仮想サーバ群を
稼働するための計算機ノード、ストレージ
装置、電源装置等からなり、約400台の仮
想サーバを稼働するに十分な資源と十分に
高速な応答を実現する処理能力を有するこ
と。また計算機ノードには、GPUを用い
た演算処理能力を有するノードも含まれる
こと。
B実習用計算機システムは、本学各キャン
パスの5室に設置する計300台以上の実習
用端末からなり、高解像度を有するカラー
ディスプレイ、キーボード、マウスなどの
入出力装置を備えていること。また、利用
者により持ち込まれる可搬型計算機等に仮
想デスクトップ等のサービスを提供する機
能も含まれること。
Cアカウント管理システムは、本学教職員
及び学生に対し実習用端末利用、メール利
用及びネットワーク接続のためのアカウン
ト約40,000件を管理し、各アカウント情報
をLDAPやRADIUS等の認証サービ
スに配布する機能を有すること。
D故障、停電、セキュリティ等について対
策がなされており、安定した運用が可能な
システムであること。また、システムの障
害に対して迅速かつ万全な保守が可能であ
ること。
Eシステムの管理・運用に対して、省力化、
省エネルギー化、省スペース化が図られて
いること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライフ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
This system consists of a virtual server sys-
tem, a practice computer system, and an ac-
count management system that meet the
following requirements. It serves as the op-
erational foundation for the servers and ap-
plications providing various information
services that support the university's educa-
tional and research activities.
A The virtual server system consists of
computing nodes, storage devices, power
supplies, and other necessary components
to operate virtual servers. The system
must have enough resources and process-
ing capacity to run approximately 400
virtual servers with fast response times.
Additionally, some of the computing
nodes must be equipped with GPU-based
computational processing capabilities
B The practice computer system consists
of over 300 terminals installed across five
rooms on the university's campuses.
These terminals have high-resolution col-
or displays, keyboards, mice, and other
input/output devices. The system also in-
cludes functionality to provide services
such as virtual desktops to portable com-
puters brought in by users.
C The account management system must
manage approximately 40,000 accounts
for staff and students to use practice co-
mputer, access email, and connect to the
network. The system must also distribute
account information to authentication
services such as LDAP and RADIUS.
D The system must be designed to ensure
stable operation with measures in place
for failures, power outages, security inci-
dents, etc. It must also enable prompt and
thorough maintenance in response to sys-
tem failures.
E The system must incorporate labor-
saving, energy-saving, and space-saving
measures for its management and opera-
tion
