次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

(6)入札方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書
に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセント
に相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1

をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消
費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者である
か免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった
契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札
書に記載すること。また、入札書に入札数量
を併記すること。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐
人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために
必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の
理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3)令和07・08・09年度最高裁判所競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)の「役務の提供等」に
おいて、A、B、C又はD等級に格付けされ
ている者であること。
なお、B、C又はD等級の者は、本入札公
告と同等以上の仕様の業務をした実績を証明
できる者であること。
(4)上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、
全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。
(5)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対
象外とすることを定める措置を受けていない
こと。
(6)予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づ
き、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有す
る者であること。

4その他
(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨に限る。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した技
術審査に必要な書類を令和8年1月5日正午
までに提出しなければならない。入札者は
開札日の前日までの間において、支出負担行
為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められ
た場合は、それに応じなければならない。
(4)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書及び裁判所における入札に関する条件に違
反した入札は無効とする。
(5)契約書作成の要否要。
(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で低価の価格をもって入札した
者から順次入札説明書に定める調達予定数量
に達するまでの入札者をもって落札者とす
る。なお、最後の順位の落札者の入札数量が
他の落札者の入札数量と合算して、調達予定
数量を超えるときは、その超える数量につい
ては落札がなかったものとみなす。ただし,
落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては,
その者により本契約の内容に適合した履行が
なされないおそれがあるとき又はその者と本
契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱
すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当で
あると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の
範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち
最後の順位の落札者の次順位の入札者を落札
者とすることがある。
