(6)入札方法総価で行う。なお、落札者の決
定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に
当該金額の消費税に相当する金額を加算した
金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるとき
は、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)
をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費
税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であ
るかを問わず、見積った契約希望金額の消費
税抜きの金額を入札書に記載すること。また、
入札書の金額欄は円未満切り捨てとする。
(7)電子調達システムの利用本案件は、証明
書等の提出、入札を電子調達システムで行う
対象案件である。なお、電子調達システムに
よりがたい場合は、紙入札方式参加願を提出
しなければならない。その他詳細は入札説明
書による。
2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令(以下「予決令」とい
う。)第70条の規定に該当しない者であるこ
と。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人
であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得
ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合
に該当する。

資格(全省庁統一資格審査)において「物
品の製造」のA又はB等級に格付けされ、
九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有する者
であること。

品の販売」のA、B、C又はD等級に格付
けされ、九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を
有する者であること。

(5)当該部局において指名停止の措置を受け、

を希望する者は、当本部ホームページの「入
札情報」の「入札公告」から、ダウンロード
すること。また、郵送により交付を希望する
者はA4判用紙が入る返信用封筒(宛先を明
記する。)並びに重量250gに見合う郵便料金
に相当する郵便切手又は国際返信切手券を添
付して(2)の係に申し込むこと。
