2競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令(以下「予決令」とい
う。)第70条の規定に該当しない者であるこ
と。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人
であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得
ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合
に該当する。
(2)予決令第71条の規定に該当しない者である
こと。
(3)令和4・5・6年度国土交通省競争参加資
格(全省庁統一資格)において、「役務の提供
等のA又はB等級に格付けされ、いずれも
九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有する者で
あること。
(4)競争参加資格の申請の時期及び場所「競
争参加者の資格に関する公示」(令和5年3月
31日付官報)に記載されている時期及び場所
で申請を受付ける。
(5)当該部局において指名停止の措置を受け、
指名停止期間中でない者。
(6)警察当局から、暴力団員が実質的に経営を
支配する者又はこれに準ずるものとして、国
土交通省公共事業等からの排除要請があり、
当該状態が継続している者ではないこと。
(7)電子調達システムによる場合は、電子認証
(ICカード)を取得していること。

(4)入札説明書の交付方法入札説明書の交付
を希望する者は、当本部ホームページの「入
札情報」の「入札公告」から、ダウンロード
すること。また、郵送により交付を希望する
者はA4判用紙が入る返信用封筒(宛先を明
記する。)並びに重量250gに見合う郵便料金
に相当する郵便切手又は国際返信切手券を添
付して(2)の係に申し込むこと。
(5)仕様書の交付を希望する者は、「情報保全に
係る履行体制に関する資料」を(3)の係に提出
し、同意を得た後、仕様書を受領するものと
する。

the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause.
