入札書の受領期限までに提出しなければなら
ず、当該書類に関し、開札日の前日までの間
において、契約担当役から説明を求められた
場合は、それに応じなければならない。

要な資格のない者のした入札及び入札の条件
に違反した入札。

(6)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した特定役
務を履行できると契約担当役が判断した入札
者であって、独立行政法人労働者健康安全機
構会計細則第42条の規定に基づき作成された
予定価格の制限の範囲内で、最低価格をもっ
て有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とす
る。

7 Summary

(6)Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting, Furthermore, mi-
nors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable under cases
of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabi-
net Order concerning the Budget, Audit-
ing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Offer
of service etc" for participating in tenders
by Ministry of Health, Labour and Wel-
fare (Single qualification for every mi-
nistryandagency) in Tohoku Region.
