(3)契約保証金納付。ただし、履行保証保険
契約の締結を行った場合は、契約保証金の納
付を免除する。
(4)入札者に要求される事項この一般競争に
参加を希望する者は、封印した入札書に本公
告に示した特定役務を履行できることを証明
する書類を添付して入札書の受領期限までに
提出しなければならない。入札者は、開札日
の前日までの間において、学長から当該書類
に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じ
なければならない。
(5)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求めら
れる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札
書、その他入札説明書による。
(6)契約書作成の要否要。
(7)落札者の決定方法本公告に示した特定役
務を履行できると国立大学法人京都大学が判
断した入札者であって、国立大学法人京都大
学契約事務取扱規則第13条の規定に基づいて
作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価
格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札
者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入
札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の
内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあ
ると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締
結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すことと
なるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認
められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の
価格をもって入札した次順位者を落札者とす
る。

入札説明書等で当該調達に関する環境上の条
件を定めた調達であると示されている場合
は、十分理解した上で応札すること。

in offer of services for participating in
tenders by Single qualification for every
ministry and agency,
C meet content specified in the tender do-
cumentation.
D not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by Kyoto
University.
