(6)Qualifications for participating in the
tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
A not come under Article 4 of the Regula-
tion concerning the Contract for Kyoto
University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or
Grade D qualification during fiscal2025
in the Kinki area in manufacture of prod-
uct or sales of product for participating
in tenders by Single qualification for
every ministry and agency.
C meet content specified in the tender do-
cumentation.
D prove to have prepared a system to
provide rapid after-sale service and main-
tenance for the procured products,
E prove to have obtained license for sell-
ing a medical instrument in accordance
with the Pharmaceutical and Medical De-
vice Act.
F not be currently under a suspension of
business order as instructed by Kyoto
University.
