次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、
当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

な加速装置及び5軸以上の補正が可能な寝
台を備えていること。
Bマルチリーフコリメーターを備え、強度
変調放射線治療、強度変調回転照射ができ
ること。
C画像誘導放射線治療システムを備えてい
ること。
D呼吸性移動対策システムを備えているこ

E本院既存のネットワークシステム(病院
情報システム、部門システム、治療計画シ
ステム)とオンライン運用ができること。
F個人情報保護のためのセキュリティ対策
が施されていること。
G放射線治療に必要な器具を収納する備品
棚を備えていること。
2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物
品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要
件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライプ
ラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

3説明書の交付本公表に基づき応募する供給
者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

11月14日まで。
(2)交付場所上記2(2)に同じ。
4説明会の開催本公表に基づく導入説明会を
開催する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
A The system must be equipped with an
accelerator which can perform radiot-
herapy to tumors in the body and a couch
with at least 5-axis correction.
B The system must be equipped the mul-
ti-leaf collimator and be able to deliver
the intensity-modulated radiotherapy and
volumetric-modulated arc therapy.
C The system must be equipped with the
image-guided radiotherapy systems.
D The system must be equipped with the
respiratory motion management system.
E The system must be connected online
to our existing hospital network systems,
including hospital information system,
radiation information system, and imag-
ing server.
F The system must have security mea-
sures to protect personal information.
G The system must be equipped with
shelves to store devices required for ra-
diotherapy.
