(6)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第
79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
(7)国土交通省競争参加資格の認定を受けてい
ない者の参加上記2(3)に掲げる国土交通競
争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)の認定を受け
ていない者も、上記3(3)及び(4)により証明書
等及び入札書を提出することができるが、競
争に参加するためには、開札の時において、
当該資格の認定を受け、かつ競争参加資格の
確認を受けていなければならない。
(8)競争参加資格の申請の時期及び場所「競
争参加者の資格に関する公示(令和7年3月
31日付官報)に記載されている時期及び場所
で申請を受け付ける。
