2競争参加資格次の要件をいずれも満たす者
とする。
(1)「競争参加資格審査等事務取扱要領」(平成
15年10月1日付け15農畜機第152号-4)第
6条及び第7条に該当しない者であること。
(2)入札時において、令和7・8・9年度全省
庁統一資格における物品の販売の「電子計算
機類」及び役務の提供等の「情報処理」に登
録されている者であって、「A」以上に格付け
されている者であること。又は、令和7・8・
9年度独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構競争参
加資格における物品の販売の「電子計算機類」
及び役務の提供等の「情報処理」に登録され

格の制限の範囲内で、契約事務責任者が提案
依頼書で示す要求事項のうち必須項目の最低
限の要求をすべて満たしている提案をした入
札者の中から、契約事務責任者が定める総合
評価の方法をもって落札者を定めるものとす
る。
