6条及び第7条の規定に該当しない者である
こと。
(2)入札時において、令和7・8・9年度の全
省庁統一資格における役務の提供等の「情報
処理及び「ソフトウェア開発又は令和7・
8・9年度の独立行政法人農畜産業振興機構
競争参加資格における役務等の「情報処理」
及び「ソフトウェア開発」に登録されている
者であって、いずれも「C」以上に格付けさ
れた者であること。
(3)入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。

(4)落札者の決定方法独立行政法人農畜産業
振興機構の規定に基づいて作成された予定価
格の制限の範囲内で、契約事務責任者が提案
依頼書で示す要求事項のうち必須項目の最低
限の要求をすべて満たしている提案をした入
札者の中から、契約事務責任者が定める総合
評価の方法をもって落札者を定めるものとす
る。
