⑸　調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件

Ａ　先端が４方向に湾曲するフレキシブルスコープにより３Ｄ内視鏡観察が可能なシステムであること。

Ｂ　４Ｋ／３Ｄ高画質モニターにより手術画像を４Ｋ高画質で映し出せること。

Ｃ　３Ｄシステムおよび４Ｋ高画質システムは、ビデオスコープのみならず、カメラヘッドや軟性鏡も使用可能であること。

Ｄ　ＩＲ術中蛍光観察機能を備え、ＩＲ画像は単色光モードとカラーモードを有すること。

Ｅ　消化器内視鏡機器により術中に消化管内の観察を可能とすること。

Ｆ　内視鏡システム設定や機器操作はタッチパネルモニターで一括操作できること。

Ｇ　導入システムにおいて故障発生時の代替品用意に加え、修理保証、保守定期点検が組み込まれていること。

２　資料及びコメントの提供方法　上記１⑵の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同⑸の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

３　説明書の交付　本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

⑵　交付場所　上記２⑵に同じ。

４　説明会の開催　本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。

⑵　開催場所　新潟大学医歯学総合病院西診療棟３階　第３会議室

５　その他　この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。

６　Summary

⑴　Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31

⑵　Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Integrated endoscopic surgical system 1 Set

⑷　Basic requ of the procurement :

Ａ　The flexible scope whose tip is curved in four directions needs to be compatible with 3D endoscopic observation.

Ｂ　The 4K／3D high image quality monitor enables to display surgical images with 4K high image quality.

Ｃ　The 3D system and the 4K high image quality system require not only video scope but also camera head and flexible endoscope to be usable.

Ｄ　IR fluorescence observation function must be equipped and IR image must have monochromatic light mode and color mode.

Ｅ　Gastrointestinal endoscopic instruments need to be able to observe the gastrointestinal tract during surgery.

Ｆ　Endoscope system setting and device operation are required to be operable with the touch panel monitor.

Ｇ　It is necessary to guarantee three points : regular maintenance and inspection, substitute preparation at the time of equipment failure and repair.
