なお、新たに競争参加資格を得ようとする者は、３項に示す場所に申請すること。

⑵　入札説明書を希望する者で、郵送を希望する者は、Ａ４判用紙が入る返信用封筒（宛先を必ず明記する。）並びに重量250ｇに見合う郵送料金に相当する郵便切手又は国際返信切手を添付して⑴の場所に申込むこと。
