⑸　調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件

①　放射線治療装置は、高精度放射線治療（画像誘導放射線治療、強度変調放射線治療、定位放射線治療、強度変調回転放射線治療等）が可能な医療用加速装置であること。

②　血液疾患に対応した全身照射が可能なシステムであること。

③　３次元放射線治療計画システムを有すること。

④　高精度放射線治療システムの品質保証・品質管理に必要な周辺機器を有していること。

⑤　本院既存の病院情報ネットワークとのオンライン運用が可能であること。

⑥　システム設置のための工事を含むこと。

２　資料及びコメントの提供方法　上記１⑵の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同⑸の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

３　説明書の交付　本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

⑵　交付場所　上記２⑵に同じ。

⑷　Basic requirements of the procurement :

①　The system should be equipped with a medical linear accelerator to enable high-precision radiation therapy (including image-guided radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, stereotactic radiotherapy, and volumetric modulated arc therapy)

②　The system should be capable of total body irradiation for hematologic disorders

③　The system should be equipped with a three-dimensional radiotherapy planning system

④　The system should be equipped with peripheral devices necessary for quality assurance and quality control

⑤　The system should be connected online with the information network of this institution

⑥　This procurement should include the construction of the system

⑸　Time limit for the submission of the requested material : February 25　2025
