２　競争参加資格

⑶　令和４・５・６年度財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において、業種区分が「物品の製造」であって、「Ａ」、「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者、又は当該競争参加資格審査を受けていない者で、競争参加資格審査申請書を提出し、入札書の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け競争参加資格者名簿に登載され、当該等級に格付けされた者であること。

⑶　入札者に要求される事項　この一般競争入札に参加を希望する者は、当庁が交付する入札説明書で定める「証明書等」を提出し、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合はこれに応じなければならない。
