⑹　入札方法　入札金額は、本件に関する総価で行う（事業の実施に必要な経費のほか、最低賃金の改定等に要する費用を含む。）。

落札者の決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に消費税率に相当する額を加算した金額（当該金額に１円未満の端数が生じたときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。）をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった当該金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。

６　Summary

⑹　Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

①　Do not come under Article 70 and Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

②　Have Grade A, B or C in offer of service in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024

③　Are not the subject of ⒜an order prohibiting them from receiving subsidies from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) ; ⒝an order prohibiting them from concluding contracts with METI ; or ⒞an order disqualifying them from bidding for METI projects conducted under the “designated bidder” system.
