⑹　入札方法　項目１⑵の数量に対する総価で行う。なお、落札の決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10％に相当する額を加算した金額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。なお、入札書の金額欄は円未満切り捨てとする。

⑺　電子調達システムの利用　本件は、電子調達システム対象案件である。なお、電子調達システムによりがたい場合は、紙入札方式参加願を提出しなければならない。

２　競争参加資格

⑴　予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。

⑵　予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。

⑶　令和７年・８年・９年度国土交通省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において「物品の販売」のＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ又はＤ等級（項目１⑵①～⑩、⑫～⑬）、「物品の販売」のＡ、Ｂ又はＣ等級（項目１⑵⑪）、「役務の提供等」のＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ又はＤ等級（項目１⑵⑭）に格付けされ、九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。

⑷　当該部局において指名停止の措置を受け、指名停止期間中でない者。

⑸　電子調達システムによる場合は、電子認証（ＩＣカード）を取得していること。

⑹　競争参加資格の申請の時期及び場所　「競争参加者の資格に関する公示」（平成30年11月26日付官報）に記載されている時期及び場所で申請を受け付ける。

⑶　入札説明書の交付方法　入札説明書の交付を希望する者は上記⑵の箇所で直接受領すること。また、郵送により交付を希望する者はＡ４判用紙が入る返信用封筒（宛先を明記する。）並びに重量200ｇに見合う郵便料金に相当する郵便切手又は国際返信切手券を添付して⑵の係に申し込むこと。
