⑸　調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件

Ａ　内視鏡システムは、大腸肛門外科、肝胆膵外科、胃食道外科、呼吸器外科、泌尿器科、女性外科、脳神経外科、耳鼻咽喉科、整形外科、小児外科、外科領域にて実施する内視鏡手術に対応できるシステムであること。

Ｂ　構成内視鏡は、先端部外径がφ10mm以下であること。

Ｃ　鉗子類は、大腸肛門外科、肝胆膵外科、胃食道外科、呼吸器外科、泌尿器科、女性外科、脳神経外科、耳鼻咽喉科、整形外科、小児外科、外科領域にて実施する内視鏡手術に対応できること。

Ｄ　内視鏡手術において高画質観察を行うことができること。

Ｅ　医師、看護師等の医療従事者が、それぞれの分野で安全かつ簡便に取り扱うことができること。

Ｆ　低侵襲で患者の苦痛軽減を図ることができるシステムであること。

Ｇ　契約期間を通して適切な保守・点検が提供できること。

Ｈ　以下の構成を満たすものであること。

ａ　手術用内視鏡モニターシステム

ｂ　カメラヘッド及びスコープシステム

ｃ　鉗子セット

ｄ　内視鏡用送水装置

ｅ　滅菌コンテナ

ｆ　モニター

２　資料及びコメントの提供方法　上記１⑵の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同⑸の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

３　説明書の交付　本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

⑴　交付期間　令和７年１月14日から令和７年３月３日まで。

⑵　交付場所　上記２⑵に同じ。

４　その他　この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。

５　Summary

⑷　Basic requirements of the procurement :

Ａ　The endoscopy system must be able to handle endoscopic procedures in the fields of colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, gastroesophageal surgery, respiratory surgery, urology, womenʼs surgery, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, pediatric surgery, and surgery.

Ｂ　Rigid endoscopes shall have a tip outer diameter of φ10 mm or less.

Ｃ　Forceps must be able to handle endoscopic procedures performed in the fields of colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, gastroesophageal surgery, respiratory surgery, urology, womenʼs surgery, neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, orthopedics, pediatric surgery, and surgery.

Ｄ　The ability to perform high quality observation in endoscopic surgery.

Ｅ　The product should be able to be handled safely and easily by doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in their respective fields.

Ｆ　The system should be minimally invasive and reduce patient suffering.

Ｇ　The ability to provide adequate maintenance and inspection throughout the contract period.

Ｈ　The following configurations shall be met

ｂ　Camera head for endscope and endscope

ｃ　Instruments for operations

ｄ　Endscopic flushing pump
