次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。

⑸　調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件

Ａ　洗浄方式は気相給気パルス、液相給気パルスを用いた減圧沸騰方式を採用し、鋼製小物や管状器械、マイクロ器具滅菌用トレーに入れた器具、樹脂製品、チューブ等様々な材料形状の器具を専用ラックに接続することなく洗浄することが可能であること。

Ｂ　ドアの構造は自動締付・ドアモーターによる上下自動スライド開閉式・両扉方式であること。

Ｃ　熱風と真空による乾燥機能を有すること。

Ｄ　プログラムは、予備洗浄・メイン洗浄・すすぎ・熱消毒・乾燥の各工程を含むプログラムを設定し、実行できること。

Ｅ　洗浄物の種類（繊細な器具等）、汚れの状態（固着等）により、洗浄水圧を可変するプログラムを設定し、実行できること。

２　資料及びコメントの提供方法　上記１⑵の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同⑸の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

３　説明書の交付　本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。

４　説明会の開催　本公表に基づく導入説明会を開催する。

６　Summary

⑴　Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31

⑵　Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Cleaning system for reusable medical devices 1 Set

⑶　Type of the procurement : Purchase

⑷　Basic requirements of the procurement :

Ａ　The medical cleaning machine should use a vacuum boiling system composed of gas phase air pulse and liquid phase air pulse. It must be capable of cleaning various medical devices, including surgical instruments, plastic medical instruments, microsurgical instruments stored in cases and tubular／hollowware／lumen instruments without hollowware connection.

Ｂ　The door structure is required to be double-door pass-through with automatic vertical sliding and tightening mechanisms.

Ｃ　It is required to have drying feature that uses hot air and vacuum.

Ｄ　The program must be able to set up and execute a program that includes the following processes : pre-cleaning, main cleaning, rinsing, thermal disinfection, and drying.

Ｅ　The ability to set and execute a program that changes the cleaning water pressure depending on the type of cleaning material (delicate utensils, etc.) and the condition of dirt (sticking, etc.).
