⑹　落札者の決定方法　複数落札入札制度による落札方式とし、派遣人数の範囲内において単価及び数量をもって行う。仕様書等で指定する要求要件のうち、必須とした項目の最低限の要求条件をすべて満たし、当機構で作成した予定価格の制限の範囲内であり、かつ、入札説明書で定める総合評価の方法によって得られた数値の最も高い者から、順次派遣人数数量に達するまでの入札者をもって落札者を定める。
