⑶　令和４・５・６年度の財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）「役務の提供等」であって、「Ａ」、「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者、又は、当該競争参加資格を有していない者であって、入札書の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け、「役務の提供等」の「Ａ」、「Ｂ」又は「Ｃ」等級に格付けされた者であること。

もしくは、令和５・６年度の関東地区の財務省関係機関における競争参加資格審査において、業種区分が「電気工事」又は「電気通信工事」の「Ａ」又は「Ｂ」等級に格付けされている者であること、又は、当該競争参加資格を有していない者であって、入札書の受領期限までに競争参加資格審査を受け、業種区分が「電気工事」又は「電気通信工事」の「Ａ」又は「Ｂ」等級に格付けされた者であること。

⑵　入札保証金及び契約保証金　免除する。

なお、契約保証金の免除に当たっては、落札者が契約締結の際に「役務の提供等」の資格をもって入札に参加する場合は令和７・８・９年度財務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）を有していることを条件とする。

おって、「電気工事」又は「電気通信工事」の資格をもって入札に参加する場合は、令和７・８年度の財務省関係機関における競争参加資格を有していることを条件とする。

Or have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the Electrical Work or Telecommunication Work by Organizations in Kanto area related to the fiscal years 2023 and 2024. ④an eligible person is a person whose business condition and credit are deemed not to be a severe degradation, and who is sure to implement the contract. ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry of agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity).
