4 電子調達システムの利用
本件は、電子調達システムを利用した応札及び入開札手続により実施するものとする。ただし、紙による入札書の提出も可とする。詳細については、入札説明書のとおり。なお、上記3(5)及び(6)については、電子調達システムにおいてシステム障害が発生した場合には、別途通知する日時に変更する場合がある。

(3) 入札者に要求される事項 この一般競争に参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した総合評価のために必要な書類を令和7年2月20日17時30分までに提出しなければならない。ただし、電子調達システムにおいて障害が発生した場合には、別途通知する日時に変更する場合がある。入札者は、入札書の受領期限までの間において、支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明を求められた場合は、それに応じなければならない。
