2 競争参加資格
(1) 予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人で
あって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得て
いる者は、同条中、特別な理由がある場合に
該当する。
(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当し
ない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度法務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)において資格の種類「物
品の販売」のA、B又はC等級に格付けされ、
関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者
であること。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき
支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者
であること。
(5) その他入札説明書等に記載する基準を満た
すこと。

参加を希望する者は、入札説明書で示した必
要な書類を定められた期限までに提出しなけ
ればならない。
また、入札者は、開札日までの間において、
支出負担行為担当官から当該書類に関し説明
を求められた場合は、それに応じなければな
らない。
(4) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者の提出した入札書及び入札に関する
条件に違反した入札書は、無効とする。

Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. (3)Have Grade A or B or C in “sale of product” in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu region related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualifications for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024. 2 競争参加資格

(2) 予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3) 令和4・5・6年度法務省競争参加資格（全省庁統一資格）において、「役務の提供等（情報処理）」であって、「A」の等級に格付けされ、関東・甲信越地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
上記資格の申請の時期及び場所は、全省庁統一資格審査申請の方法による。
(4) 予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
