② 鹿児島地方裁判所加治木支部庁舎 契約電力42kW 年間予定使用電力量81,531kWh
2 競争参加資格
(1)予算決算及び会計令第70条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。
(2)予算決算及び会計令第71条の規定に該当しない者であること。
(3)令和04・05・06年度最高裁判所競争参加資格(全省庁統一資格)の「物品の販売」においてA又はB等級に格付けされ、九州・沖縄地域の競争参加資格を有する者であること。
(4)予算決算及び会計令第73条の規定に基づき、支出負担行為担当官が定める資格を有する者であること。
(5)開札時において、最高裁判所から指名の対象外とすることを定める措置を受けていないこと。
(6)入札説明書の交付を受けた者であること。
3上記2(3)の資格の申請の時期及び場所は、全省庁統一資格申請の方法による。
4入札書の提出場所等

(2)入札説明書の交付方法上記4(1)の交付場所において、公告の日から令和7年2月3日まで(土、日及び祝日を除く。)の午前9時00分から午後5時00分まで交付する。

5 その他
(1)契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2)入札保証金及び契約保証金免除。
(3)入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者の提出した入札書、入札者に求められる義務を履行しなかった者の提出した入札書その他入札の条件に違反した者の提出した入札書は無効とする。
(4)契約書作成の要否要。
(5)落札者の決定方法予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った入札者を落札者とする。ただし、落札者となるべき者の入札価格によっては、その者により当該契約の内容に適合した履行がなされないおそれがあると認められるとき、又はその者と契約を締結することが公正な取引の秩序を乱すこととなるおそれがあって著しく不適当であると認められるときは、予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格をもって入札した他の者のうち最低の価格をもって入札した者を落札者とすることがある。

(6)Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); ②not apply to Article 71 of the abovementioned Cabinet Order; ③have Grade A or B in Selling classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kyushu-Okinawa region; ④meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the abovementioned Cabinet Order; ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids; and ⑥be a person who took an explanatory paper for the bid
(7)The time and place of application for the qualification of (6)③shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency
