(3) Nature and quantity of the service to be contracted: collection and delivery of court records, 1 contract
(4) Period for Performance: From April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026
(5) Place for Performance: As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid
(6) Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall: (1)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article); (2)not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order; (3) have Grade A or B in Offer of Services etc. classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024; and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu region; (4)have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids; and (5)meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order
