次のとおり一般競争入札に付します。

2 競争参加資格
(1) 造幣局契約事務規程第4条及び第5条の規
定に該当しない者であること。
(2) 令和4・5・6年度財務省競争参加資格
(全省庁統一資格)又は、令和4・5・6年
度独立行政法人造幣局競争参加資格において
業種区分が「物品の販売」で「A」、「B」又
は「C」に格付けされている者であること。
(3) 各省各庁から指名停止等を受けていない者
であること。
(4) 造幣局と締結した契約に関し、契約に違反
し、契約の相手方として不適当であると認め
られる者でないこと。
(5) ガス事業法第3条の規定に基づき、ガス小
売事業者としての登録を受けている者、又は
同法第35条の規定に基づき、一般ガス導管事
業者としての許可を受けている者であるこ
と。

(2) 入札説明書の交付方法 随時交付する。
(3) 入札説明会の日時及び場所 令和7年1月
14日17時00分まで、上記3(1)の場所で随時行
う。
(4) 入札書の受領期限 令和7年1月16日17時
00分 ただし、入札書を持参する場合は開札
の日時までとする。
(5) 開札の日時及び場所 令和7年1月17日14

(1) 契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨
日本語及び日本国通貨。
(2) 入札保証金及び契約保証金 免除。
(3) 入札の無効 本公告に示した競争参加資格
のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に
違反した入札。
(4) 契約書作成の要否 要。
(5) 落札者の決定方法 造幣局契約事務規程第
7条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の
制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札
を行った者を落札者とする。
(6) 手続における交渉の有無 無。

5 Summary

(4) Delivery period: From July 1, 2025 th-
rough June 30, 2028
(5) Delivery place: Saitama Branch
(6) Qualification for participating in the ten-
dering procedures: Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposed tender are
those who:
① do not come under Article 4 and 5 of
the Japan Mint Contract Procedure
Rules.
② have obtained Grade A, B or C from
the Ministry of Finance Japan (all minis-
tries/agencies) or Japan Mint in the cat-
egory of “Selling of products” in the quali-
fication for participating in tendering
procedures for the fiscal years of 2022,
2023 and 2024.
③ have not received suspension of de-
signated contractor status, etc. from any
ministry or agency.
④ are not being recognized as an unsuit-
able one to make a contract with, due to
the violation of the contract with Japan
Mint including its branches in the past.
have registered as a retail gas enter-
prise in accordance with Article 3 of the
Gas Utility Industry Act, or have permis-
sion to be a general gas piping enterprise
in accordance with the same Article 35.
