5 Summary

(4) Delivery period: From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
(5) Delivery place: National University Corporation Toyohashi University of Technology Campus
(6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall:
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Toyohashi University of Technology Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
C Prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the outline of public offering that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO₂,
E be registered as a electricity retailer in accordance whith Article 2-2 of Electricity Business Act,
F meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
G not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
H prove to have the ability to supply at a lower price than the total cost of the following plans applied by Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Company, Incorporated: The following plan is subject to a contract renewal discount (1.5% in the second year the discount is applied).
• Special high-voltage commercial power class 1 (Standard voltage 70kV) Plan C
