(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件
本調達では、豊橋技術科学大学における教育・研究・事務活動の基盤となるネットワークシステムを整備する。本システムは、利用者に対してネットワーク接続を提供する有線LANおよび無線LAN、不正通信を検知・遮断するセキュリティ機能を備えたファイアウォール、SINETルータ、リモートアクセスVPNシステム、ネットワーク管理システムから構成される、安定かつ信頼性の高いシステムであること。利用者を認証する機能を備え、利用者の属性に基づいて学内外からシームレスなネットワーク接続を提供すること。ネットワークトラフィックや接続機器を記録・分析・可視化する機能を備え、インシデントレスポンスやネットワークモニタリングに活用できること。
2 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。

6 Summary

(4) Basic requirements of the procurement:
Through this procurement, we will develop a network system that will serve as the foundation for education, research, and administrative activities at the Toyohashi University of Technology. This system shall be a stable and highly reliable system consisting of wired and wireless LANs that provide network connections to users, a firewall with security functions to detect and block unauthorized communications, a router to connect SINET, a remote access VPN system, and network management systems. The system shall be equipped with a function to authenticate users and provide seamless network connections from inside and outside the university based on their user attributes. The system shall have functions to record, analyze, and visualize network traffic and connected devices, which can be utilized for incident response and network monitoring.
